Below are some answers to frequently asked questions that we have received about our service

1. All our prices are quoted one way from A to B other pick ups are not a problem but a charge may be made depending on how many miles out of the way they are or the amount of time they add to the journey.

2. We come to your address and deliver you to your destination. We do not have designated pick up points along the way where we meet you.

3. No other parties other than your own will share you vehicle to your destination.

4. Baby seats can be provided by us for a small charge or if you prefer to bring your own we can store them at no cost until we pick you up on your return journey.

5. We aim not to be beaten on price and you should find that all our prices should be cheaper than your cheapest local taxi firm.

6. There are no extra charges after midnight.

7. We are unable to take credit cards. We can accept cheques but they have to be made out to the driver that takes you and not to Airport Xpress.
