Terms and Conditions Please note we cannot guarantee a people carrier
unless it is pre-booked and charged for accordingly. Our smallest
vehicles are estate cars and are licensed to carry up to 4 passengers
and 4 cases although seating for 4 large adults could be a little
snug. If you are a party of 4 adults with 4 or more cases we would
recommend a people carrier for a more comfortable journey.
All our information for your return flight is taken directly from the airport so as long as they are aware you have a delay then so are we. We cannot check in any way if you have missed your flight or connecting flight on a return journey so if this happens please notify us as soon as you can. A charge will be made for any wasted journey. With regards to waiting time most airports will say the average time from landing to leaving the airport is 45 min. We allow you 1 hr to come through. After this as with most taxi firms a charge for waiting may be made. We charge £6 per half an hour waiting. We realise that delays caused by the airport are not the fault of the customer but neither are they the fault of the driver so if you are delayed inside the airport please contact your driver to let him know of your delay. With regards to your return form please
may we ask you to check your return landing times are correct as
well as your return day and date and flight number. Mistakes do
happen but if the driver is given the wrong return details the fare
will be charged for any wasted journey. |
